This is good news for new, original or OEM part dealers and importers. Do not need to worry so much about USED parts competition forever. Anyway, used parts is not always a good especially for critical items such as brake and steering parts.

It can be dangerous to motorists. No point fixing used parts cheaply. If an accident occurs because some idiot fixes used parts ; it is worth it to pay for damages especially when fatally is involved. Incurance Companies now forces  everyone to buy comprehensive insurance so there is no way to buy third party insurance.  Anyone who buys any new car or truck should not need to worry about spare parts if their vehicles are insured.

I support the government on this issue!
